Data protection

This site complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). For people living in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies. The data controller is Ayrton F. Stucky, contact details above.

What this site doesn’t do

No cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no forms. Fonts are served directly from this site, so no data is sent to Google or any other third party when you visit.

Technical data

As with any website, the hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser type). It is used only to run and secure the site, and is kept for a limited time. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in running a secure website.

When you contact me

If you write to me by email, phone, WhatsApp or Instagram, I use the information you send (name, contact details, message content) only to reply and, where relevant, for your coaching. It is never sold or shared with third parties. Legal basis: your request and, if we work together, the coaching agreement.

The website and emails are hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. WhatsApp and Instagram are Meta services. Meta may process data outside Switzerland and the EU, particularly in the United States, under its own privacy policy. If you prefer, you can always reach me by email or phone.

Health data

What you share during coaching may concern your health. This is sensitive data. I only process it with your explicit consent, given when you sign the coaching agreement, in strict confidence and solely for the purpose of your coaching. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

Retention

If you contact me but we don’t end up working together, your messages are deleted no later than twelve months after our last exchange. If we do work together, the data related to your coaching is deleted no later than two years after it ends, unless the law requires certain documents, such as invoices, to be kept longer.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access the data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to restrict its processing. You can also object to its processing, receive your data in a common format (right to data portability) and withdraw your consent. Just write to coaching@stucky.one. I will reply within thirty days.

If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland or, if you live in the EU, the data protection authority in your country.
