1:1 coaching for ADHD & performance

Your impulsivity isn’t a flaw to fix. It’s an engine to steer.

For driven people with ADHD. A method I tested on myself first, and that has since proven itself with several clients.

Sound familiar?
→

You put off a task for three weeks, then knock it out in one night, just before the deadline.

→

In hyperfocus, you can forget to eat for hours. Yet a single notification is enough to pull you right out.

→

You’ve made big decisions in five minutes, on pure impulse. Sometimes brilliant, sometimes less so.

→

Your impulsivity has cost you money at least once. Probably more.

The problem

It’s not willpower you’re missing. It’s a structure that works with your brain, not against it.

Hyperfocus that burns you out. Dopamine calling the shots. All-or-nothing motivation. Standard discipline methods fail because they were designed for a different brain than yours.

My story

Childhood: diagnosed with ADHD, and a bumpy road from there.

Ten years in finance: I worked my way up to regional manager and helped hundreds of people reach their financial goals.

Today: I’ve left finance for good. Now I help people with ADHD reach their personal goals, full-time.

Why it can work for you too

What made the difference for me wasn’t my story. It was understanding how an ADHD brain works: what drains your energy, what recharges it, where the all-or-nothing kicks in. These patterns aren’t unique to me: most people with ADHD share them. I help you spot them in yourself.

Ten years of advising clients in finance taught me to listen, ask the right questions and keep a clear framework. And when something goes beyond what coaching can offer, I know which health professionals to refer you to.

“I’m not promising a miracle method. I’m sharing what helped me turn my ADHD into an advantage, after trying everything else.”

What clients say
“For the first time, I’ve built a routine that suits me.”
After years of trying to set up routines and strategies to manage my ADHD better, without real success despite medication, these four weeks of coaching with Ayrton made a real difference. Ayrton helped me understand, without ever making me feel judged, that many of my difficulties were linked to my ADHD and not to a lack of willpower or effort. His caring, practical approach, tailored to the way I work, helped me discover simple tools to work around my difficulties instead of constantly trying to function like everyone else. For the first time, I managed to build a routine that suits me and, above all, works in my daily life. I sincerely recommend this coaching to anyone who wants to understand their ADHD better and learn to work with it, rather than constantly fighting against it.

“I’ve never felt this understood.”
Ayrton genuinely helped me improve in many areas of my life, in a short time and without changing everything at once. He is very caring and listened closely every time I shared my problems with him. He then found solutions from an angle I had never experienced before… I’ve worked with several coaches, therapists, mentors and so on in my life, but I’ve never felt this understood. I can only recommend him wholeheartedly! Thank you, Ayrton, for everything you’ve given me!

FAQ
Does coaching replace medical treatment?

No. It’s neither medical treatment nor therapy, but a complement to them.

Do I need a formal diagnosis?

Not necessarily. If you strongly recognise yourself in how ADHD works, that’s enough for a first call.

How long does the coaching last?

Three months, in four blocks of three weeks, with one session a week. Afterwards, you can carry on with single sessions without starting a whole new programme.
